BMES VP

I was elected Vice President of the CU Denver Anschutz Medical Campus chapter of the Biomedical Engineering Society with 100% of the vote, defeating the incumbent. In this role, I led initiatives that directly impacted student engagement, including curating the society's website and increasing membership. Through strategic efforts such as doubling the frequency of industry tours, introducing members-only round tables with industry speakers, and offering exclusive BMES graduation cords, I successfully more than doubled the society's active membership within a year. The chapter initially started with 12 members who consistently showed up to events. That number rose to around 32-35 towards the last few events despite the Spring semester being known for decreased turnout.

Below you can find some pictures from my time as vice president, including a duplicate of the chapter's website as it was right before I left.
