About Me

While I studied bioengineering, I have a passion for learning and discussing various topics including business/finance, philosophy, politics, history, religion, and of course anything related to STEM. I like the philosophy of classical intellectuals of having multiple areas of expertise and so I love connecting all of the mentioned topics together when discussing or learning about them, in hopes of creating new challenging ideas. As such other than programming, I enjoy working on or even building electrical and mechanical systems.

I grew up in Jerusalem which taught me among other things the languages I speak. I am natively fluent in Arabic, English, and Hebrew. I am conversational in French, Italian, and Spanish. As the second sentence of my first section exemplifies, I enjoy using words/language creatively and efficiently whether I am speaking or writing.

Working on teams is something I enjoy considerably. I naturally gravitate towards leadership roles especially when needed. It is why I ran for vice president of the CU Denver Biomedical Engineering Society having no expectation of being elected, to later receive 100% of the vote against the incumbent. Communicating and solving interpersonal problems come easily to me.

I also love technology. It was one of the reasons I switched from pre-med to bioengineering. I figure out everything a device can do relatively quickly and use the features to their fullest capabilities.
